SELLER DISCLOSURE
I WILL present your written disclosure regarding the condition of your property to prospective buyers. You will keep me informed of any changes to keep the information current on the disclosure list

HOME WARRANTY
I WILL discuss with you information and benefits of a warranty on the operating systems of your house to help attract more buyers and to help reduce your liability to the buyer.

MARKET ACTIVITY REPORT
I WILL provide you with a regular report on current market conditions, and on buyer, showing, and marketing activity on your property.

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
I WILL arrange through our national network of offices for you to receive community information, wherever your destination.
